For more than three decades, Cheryl Robeson Piggott has built a distinguished career at the intersection of entertainment, humanitarian outreach, international media, and cause-related marketing.

As CEO of The Stars Foundation and the Founder of World Orphans Day, she has dedicated her life to bringing together entertainment, media, corporate partnerships, and global relationships to inspire humanitarian awareness and positive social impact.

Beginning her career in entertainment promotions, celebrity relations, television production, and sponsorship development, Cheryl worked alongside internationally recognized artists and personalities including Dolly Parton, Vince Gill, Kix Brooks, Rebecca Holden, winners from The Voice and American Idol, and numerous corporate and media leaders worldwide. Over the years, she became known for developing high-profile promotions, celebrity campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and television projects with both national and international reach.

Cheryl was also recognized as an early pioneer in cause-related marketing, helping connect entertainment promotions with charitable giving long before the concept became widely adopted. She represented Stella Parton (Dolly’s Sister) in televised campaigns on Home Shopping Network benefiting Habitat for Humanity and played a key role in securing a multimillion-dollar INDY racing sponsorship valued at approximately $7 million involving a major entertainment personality. Through the campaign structure, approximately $600,000 in sponsorship-related support was directed to United Way of America, reflecting Cheryl’s longstanding commitment to integrating philanthropy with entertainment and corporate partnerships.

Through The Stars Foundation and World Orphans Day, Cheryl expanded her mission globally by developing humanitarian initiatives focused on orphan advocacy, youth empowerment, medical outreach, education, faith-based initiatives, and international goodwill. As Co-Chair of the UN World Orphans Day Promotion Committee, she was honored with a Humanitarian Award recognizing her work on behalf of orphaned and vulnerable children before an audience that included more than 40 United Nations Ambassadors and distinguished international dignitaries. Chairman Motoi Tauchi presented the award.

Following these efforts, Cheryl Robeson Piggott helped initiate a high-level humanitarian summit with Her Excellency Dimpho Masuku and Acting Prime Minister Themba Masuku of Eswatini. In 2019, Piggott convened another international summit in Nashville, Tennessee, attended by several ambassadors and diplomatic leaders along with Mark Siljander, former US Ambassador to the UN. Continuing her commitment to global humanitarian collaboration, Piggott later convened another First Ladies Summit in Nashville with the support and participation of distinguished African leaders including Her Excellency Jewel Howard-Taylor and Her Excellency Monica Chakwera. In 2026, the first African Continental First Ladies Summit is scheduled to convene in Nigeria, further advancing efforts to unite humanitarian, diplomatic, and leadership voices throughout Africa and beyond.

Her projects, including Africa Today, Hearts on Fire TV, and Africa’s Hope: Voices of Transformation, work to highlight positive transformation throughout Africa and beyond while bringing together government leaders, First Ladies, ambassadors, faith organizations, celebrities, and humanitarian partners.

Today, Cheryl Robeson Piggott alongside her husband Sir Roger J. Piggott continue to build a legacy centered on compassion, visionary leadership, media influence, and humanitarian service using compassionate entertainment personalities and international partnerships as tools to uplift communities, inspire hope, and create lasting global impact.
