The Stars Foundation is a global humanitarian organization committed to delivering life-saving resources, restoring dignity, and creating sustainable solutions for vulnerable communities worldwide. For over 15 years, we have mobilized strategic partnerships across governments, medical institutions, and global leaders to meet urgent needs while building long-term systems of care.
Through our Humanitarian Aid initiatives, The Stars Foundation has facilitated more than $115 million in goods-in-kind, including over $89 million in critical medical supplies delivered to hospitals and clinics serving children and families in need. These efforts are carried out through our proven Global Container Shipping Program, which delivers essential equipment, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare resources directly to approved medical facilities around the world.
Each container shipment is valued at up to $500,000 in medical supplies, is carefully coordinated, verified by licensed medical professionals, and delivered with full accountability and transparency. In addition to medical aid, The Stars Foundation has distributed thousands of pairs of shoes, with ongoing initiatives to deliver an additional 10 containers of footwear (approximately 16,000 pairs per container) to restore dignity and provide basic protection to underserved populations.
A central focus of our work is maternal and infant health through the Baby Rescue Initiative, developed in collaboration with the Queendom of Sheba. This program provides low-cost, durable infant incubators designed specifically for developing nations capable of operating under challenging conditions and helping save hundreds of lives annually in underserved regions.
In partnership with the Queendom of Sheba and its broader humanitarian framework, Project VII Phoenix, we are expanding access to healthcare infrastructure across Africa and beyond combining immediate relief with long-term capacity building. Together, we unite leadership, innovation, and compassion to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen communities and transform lives.
At The Stars Foundation, we believe access to basic healthcare is a fundamental human right and through our global humanitarian alliances, we are committed to bringing hope, healing, and opportunity to generations in need.
We serve as passionate advocates for underprivileged children and youth around the world, advancing the mission of World Orphans Day and its global initiatives. As a humanitarian, goodwill, and peace-driven organization, we harness the power of television, digital media, and influential partnerships—including collaborations with royalty and First Ladies—to elevate awareness and inspire meaningful action.
Our outreach extends to veterans, active-duty troops, and military families, while also addressing the urgent needs of communities affected by poverty, disease, natural disasters, and conflict. Through initiatives such as the World Orphans Day Summit, First Ladies Summit, Hearts on Fire television series, and the Flame of Peace Tour, we create impactful platforms that unite leaders, storytellers, and changemakers.
We remain deeply committed to supporting Native American communities and delivering humanitarian aid worldwide, serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those most vulnerable. Together, we invite individuals, organizations, and nations to be part of a movement that brings hope, dignity, and lasting transformation to future generations.
From Compassion to Action … Delivering Life-Saving Aid Worldwide
The Stars Foundation is deeply committed to protecting the lives of infants and children through innovative, life-saving programs and global advocacy initiatives. At the heart of this mission is our Baby Rescue Initiative, developed in collaboration with the Queendom of Sheba, designed to address one of the most urgent global health crises, preventable infant mortality.
Through this initiative, we deliver low-cost, durable infant incubators to hospitals and clinics in underserved regions, particularly across Africa and the Caribbean. These incubators are specifically engineered to operate in challenging environments where electricity, technical support, and medical infrastructure may be limited, helping save hundreds of babies’ lives each year.
In addition to full container shipments, supporters can make an immediate and direct impact by funding individual mini incubators. These units do not require large container shipments and can be deployed as soon as funds are raised and units are purchased. This enables rapid response and places life-saving equipment directly into the hands of medical teams when and where it is needed most. Each incubator represents a tangible opportunity to save lives.
Beyond direct medical intervention, The Stars Foundation is actively engaged in child protection advocacy across North America. In Canada, we are partnering with Abuse Hurts to advance awareness campaigns and legislative reform efforts aimed at establishing Safe Haven laws, allowing infants to be safely surrendered at fire stations and police departments, similar to successful programs in the United States.
In the United States, The Stars Foundation is honored to support Childhelp in advancing its bold vision for a $1 billion Global Campus, a first-of-its-kind model delivering a full continuum of care for abused and at-risk children. Through celebrity engagement, television advocacy, and development support, we are helping amplify this mission.
Together, these initiatives reflect our unwavering commitment to safeguarding children—from newborns in need of critical care to vulnerable youth requiring protection, healing, and hope.
Uniting Voices for the World’s Children
The Stars Foundation has a distinguished history of convening global leaders, First Ladies, and dignitaries to advance the cause of orphaned and vulnerable children through its World Orphans Day platform. These high-level engagements have created a powerful bridge between nations, uniting leadership, compassion, and action on behalf of those most in need.
At the 2019 World Orphans Day Summit in Nashville, The Stars Foundation was honored to host distinguished leaders from the Kingdom of Eswatini, including Deputy Prime Minister Themba Masuku, First Lady Dempho Masuku, and Ambassador Njabuliso Gwebu, along with Dr. Hetherwick Ntaba, an outstanding statesman and former Ambassador from Malawi, representing President Peter Mutharika and First Lady Gertrude Mutharika. The summit included a special World Orphans Day Proclamation Ceremony graciously hosted by Kix Brooks at his Arrington Vineyards, providing a meaningful setting to affirm global commitment to vulnerable children. Their participation reflected a strong dedication from African leadership to elevate awareness and strengthen international collaboration.
This legacy continued at the 2024 World Orphans Day Summit, also held in Nashville, where Her Excellency First Lady Monica Chakwera of Malawi joined alongside Her Excellency Esme Chombo, Ambassador of Malawi to the United States. The event was further distinguished by the presence of former United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Mark Siljander, who served as moderator, guiding meaningful dialogue on global child welfare, faith, and policy-driven solutions.
These summits represent more than gatherings, they are catalysts for international cooperation, bringing together heads of state, diplomats, and humanitarian leaders to align strategies and elevate awareness on a global stage.
Looking ahead, The Stars Foundation is preparing for the 2027 First Ladies Summit for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, to be held in Washington, DC. This landmark event will unite royalty, First Ladies and global leaders to address critical issues including foster care reform, anti-trafficking initiatives, and child protection systems worldwide.
Among the distinguished leaders anticipated to serve as African Patrons are Her Excellency Jewel Howard Taylor, Secretary General of the African First Ladies Peace Mission, and Her Imperial Majesty Queen Sheba III, Sovereign of the African Kingdoms Federation. Their leadership represents a powerful alignment of governmental, royal, and humanitarian influence uniting Africa and the global community in a shared mission.
