As an Honorary Chairman of World Orphans Day, the honorable Lord David Alton, Life Peer of the UK Parliament, delivered a speech via video to the Summit attendees. He is speaking on behalf of the UN World Orphans Day Promotion Committee and The Stars Foundation, petitioning the United Nations to observe the Second Monday in November as World Orphans Day.
